Remarks:

  1. All cut-off date are based on the local time (Taiwan, GMT+8).
  2. Registration fee must be paid by credit card only.
  3. ID or relative identification must be uploaded for approval when signing up   at the rate of residents.
  4. To encourage group registrations, there is a 10% discount for pairs and a 15% discount for groups of three. (however, if any individual cancels their registration, the remaining registrants will no longer be eligible for the discounted rate).
  5. Cancellations made on or before September 30th will receive a full refund, cancellations from October 1st onwards will incur a 20% processing fee, and cancellations on or after October 20th will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. The first 30 neurosurgeons under the age of 40 (as of November 5th, 2024) who submit abstracts for oral presentations will receive waived registration fees and complimentary two-night accommodation.
  7. Participants registering for the 4th IRS meeting are eligible for a 15% discount on pre-meeting courses（“The 2nd AI-Mefty Lectures and Hands-on Cadaver Dissection Skull Base Course” and “The 7th Su lei, Gyri, Ventricles and Fiber Dissection Hands-on Course”）. However, the discount will not apply in case of cancellation.
