• Abstracts must be submitted via this website only.
• All submitted abstracts will be forwarded to the Committee for review.
• Notifications regarding status will be sent once the review process is completed.
• Previously presented or published material is allowed for submission but this must be noted on the form at the time of submission.
• There is no limit to the number of abstracts/videos you may submit.

• The Presenting Author must be the First (submitting) Author with his or her name appearing first on the abstract.
• If there is a change in presenting author, the conference organizers must be informed in advance.
• If the presenting author has not registered, the acceptance will be withdrawn.

• The word limit for abstract submissions is 500-words (not including title and authors).
• No figures can be included in the abstracts.
• Abstracts must be submitted through the portal in the required format (in PDF format).

• The Maximum length for submitted videos is Six (6) Minutes. If your video is accepted for presentation at the meeting, you will be required to bring a final copy of your video with you to the meeting.
• A short (100-word maximum) written description ( .word , .pdf , etc.) of your video should be included when submitting your video abstract.
• Videos must have narration in English.
• The video must be structured with the relevant clinical information, preoperative imaging, step-by-step techniques, and post-operative imaging.
• Videos may not include advertisement or promotion of products.
• DO NOT include any music and DO NOT include any video clips copyrighted by others.
